In My Opinion I Think We Shouldn’t Celebrate Christopher Columbus Day Because 1 He Wasn’t The First Person To Find America, It Was The Native Americans Who Orignaly Found America. And They Don’t Get Recognized , They Don’t Have A Day Just For Themselves. They Should Change Christopher Columbus Day And Make It Native American Day. And They Should Have The Whole Day For Them And They Should Still Give Us Off From School To Celebrate Native American Day. They Should Have A Parade And Everything Downtown. And Everyone Can Attend It. So I Feel That Columbus Is Being Recognized For The Good That Everyone Thought He Did, But Nothing Bad Was Mentioned. Maybe They Should Talk About All The People That He Killed And All The People That Died That Were Fighting For Him To Travel Around The World. So These Are Reasons Why We Shouldn’t Celebrate Columbus Day.
